Because I only recently opened the website, and I want people to reach me and to help them more than to become famous and make money.

I haven't opened a registered business yet, but I do invest my time. I want to help people, so I accept donations, according to what people can give.

I don't want that paying money would put people off from contacting me.

To see if the treatment works, you first have to try it, with an open mind and a desire for change.

It's worth keeping me informed about the situation so I can know whether to continue or not.

There is someone who has been in contact with me for a few months about ongoing treatment for someone with cancer cells, and every few weeks they make sure to update me on the situation and send me 100 euro.

If the case doesn't require a lot of attention and ongoing treatments, then even less than that will suffice.

The idea is that each case is individual, and to relieve a headache or other pain, it is not certain that ongoing treatment is necessary.

Or maybe to help someone look at things differently, one phone call is enough (although I am here, all the way, until it is no longer necessary).
